Classic Breads

• Ned Oat – a light white bread with a touch of whole wheat and oats
• Half & Half – a perfect combination of white and whole wheat flour
• Classic White – a delicious high-altitude version of a classic light white bread

Specialty Breads

• Rosemary Feta Olive – just what it sounds like!
• Cottage Dill – a light flavorful bread made with dill, sour cream, and a touch of dried onion
• Jalapeño Cheddar – an indulgent white bread infused with real cheddar cheese and Jalapeños – excellent toasted with butter!
• Italian Herb Bread – light bread with rosemary, thyme, and oregano
• Honey Nut  – slightly sweet with walnuts, oats, and lots of honey
• 100% Whole Wheat Bread – mouth-watering 100% whole wheat bread
• Oat Wheat – a tasty whole wheat blend of oats and molasses
• Multigrain Bread – mostly whole wheat flour with sunflower seeds, organic flax seeds, and a 7 grain mix
• Rye Bread –  heavier, more dense bread with (or without) caraway seeds
• Very Nice Bier Bread – a light and delicious bread made with grains from The Very Nice Brewing Company right here in Nederland, CO (excellent warmed up with butter)

Premium Bread

• Sourdough Bread – a naturally leavened bread with a tangy flavor, a chewy texture, and a crisp, rustic crust. Please allow 48 hours for me to bake after ordering.

Classic Sweet Breads

• Cinnamon Bread – light, sweet bread with cinnamon flavor

Specialty Sweet Breads

• Cinnamon Raisin Bread – cinnamon bread with raisins
• Pumpkin Bread – a little sweet, with a hint of cinnamon (add chocolate chips for $1)
• Cranberry Walnut Bread – fruity and crunchy with a hint of cinnamon

Premium Sweet Bread (only available in Big Loaf size / $8 each)

• Hefezopf – a slightly sweet German Braided Bread, topped with sliced almonds
• Banana Bread – a German-style lighter and fluffier banana bread (add chocolate chips or walnuts for $1 extra or both for $2 extra)

Rolls

• Pretzel rolls – soft and chewy Bavarian-style rolls with or without salt
• Your choice of rolls – choose any classic or specialty bread flavor above and ask for rolls instead of big, medium, or small loaves
• Garlic Knots –  knotted garlic-y rolls of deliciousness topped with oregano, marjoram, and thyme

I  guarantee my baked goods are always fresh and delicious.  If there is ever anything that is not up to par, please let me know and I’ll be happy to replace it.
