My breads are homemade, healthy, and always fresh.
I use honey to sweeten and only very small amounts of sugar to feed the yeast. I use olive or canola oil instead of butter. All but one of my breads (Classic White) contain whole wheat flour, so they’re both nutritious and delicious.
All breads freeze very well and still taste amazing when thawed out. Just take one out of the freezer the night before and it will be ready to slice by morning! If you can’t wait until morning, you can warm them gently in the oven right out of the freezer or carefully slice a frozen piece with a sharp serrated knife and toast.

I love to try out new breads and am continually working on creating new recipes. I live at 8,250 feet elevation, so the recipes and the breads are slightly different than what you find at a store. They have my own personal touch… and altitude!
